TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
Board members- Michael Boggs, Rich Goldman, Nancy Zahler, John Hertzler
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Bookkeeper- Nina Thompson
Highway superintendent- Dave Reynolds
OTHERS PRESENT:

CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 9:05am.
MEETING:
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and clarify how highway personnel hours should be coded
according to the personnel policy.
ADJOURN:
Ms. Thomas moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:50am; seconded by Ms. Zahler.
