Supervisor Robinson reported on loIcLean- Cortland Road Cable TV line extension
progress which is being held up due to lack of materials.
Supervisor Robinson reported on road plans for 1981. Donovan Roads area
q'd If9 Spring Street Extension - .6 mi and Sovocool Hill Road - .6 mi. or a total of
1.2 miles.- Bond. roads area Walpole Road, Devlen Road, Lick Street and Town
Line Road in West Croton,
Municipal Officials' Association trill meet on April 23 with further details
coming from Teresa Robinson, President of the Association.
Annual road inspection was set for April 9 at 10:00 A.M.
Highway Superintendent Leland Cornelius reported, that he has nothing yet on
the 10- wheeler and has been looking for.mower.
Discussed. further the legalities of bids opened previously this evening.
Moved. by fair. Rankin to table and let Town Attorney give legal opinion, seconded
by Mr. Sovocool. Unanimous.
Moved. by Mr. Rankin to hold a Special Town Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 9
at 10 :00 A.M. to make decision on truck bids. Seconded by Mr. Sovocool,
Unanimous.
