Claims 41 to ff6 of the Highway Department and #1 to .58 of the General Fund were presented for audit. Mr. Sovocool moved that the bills be paid and the clerk instructed to draw warrant for them. Attorney Bucko has reviewed 1980 Dog Contract and. indicated that it is valid. Everything will go to the County except 500 that is to be retained by the Town. (Per Dog License). Contract was passed previously. Clerk read public notice of 1980 Pickup Truck Bids at 8:00 P.M. Supervisor Robinson opened two bids received: Peter & Sons - $5,888.00; Dates ® Chevrolet - $5,714.00. Dates was low bidder by $174.00. Attorney Bucko and Highway Superintendent Leland Cornelius looked over bids and all appeared to be in order with non- collusive-forms attached as part of bid.
