Jud Leonard from W. Danby has agreed to fill the position. He will also be able to enforce fire & bldge codes as he has had training in this field. He will be attending P.B. meet ings regularity. Mildred also said that Moses Peter is considering erecting a four unit apartment on his.property on the Danby Rd. between his previous home and Oltz's Funeral Home•. By checking the town map it appears that he has enough property. His property is in the R -2 district. If he can get Health Dept, approval, then he can apply for a building permit. Jim wanted to know what the status of the Ithaca Theater Lighting Co. is, and if the T.B. has reconsidered using the school building if the I.T.L. Co. does not stay in the building. Mildred said that the company will be submitting a financial statement to the School Board and the Town Board in June. We will know at that time if they plan to stay in the building. She said that the building is too large for the Danby Municipal Building, but there is the possibility of removing the wings of the building to make it smaller and more economical to maintain. There is apparently a law that towns can't have a building larger than is needed for town office use. Joel asked if a permit had been obtained for the construction in the trailer park in W. Danby.
