Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Danby Related to Enforcement, Building Permits,
Certificate of Occupancy, Temporary Certificate, Operating Permit,Planning Board, and Violations
and Penalties. This amendment corrects numbering inconsistencies and changes Section 4, Subsection
3(a) from "shall additionally appoint"to"The Town may additionally appoint alternate members".
