The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.

ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
Board members- Michael Boggs, Rich Goldman, Nancy Zahler
Attorney for the Town- Mariette Geldenhuys
OTHER PRESENT:
(none)
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Ms. Thomas moved to go into Executive Session at 6:30pm to discuss the sale of real property. This
was seconded by Mr. Boggs and passed unanimously.
Mr. Goldman moved to end Executive Session at 7:08pm. This was seconded by Mr. Boggs and
passed unanimously.
ADJOURN:
Mr. Goldman moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:08pm; seconded by Mr. Boggs.
