I-5 Resolution to award the Base Bid and the Alternate for the miscellaneous
Water &Sewer projects to Vacri Construction Corporation
I-6 Receive &file the Petition from residents on NYS Route 222, Lyncort
Drive, Westvale Drive, Katie Lane, Sterling Park regarding the noise level
from the Jake breaks of the Tractor Trailer traveling on NYS Route 222
and request speed limit reduction signs. Highway Superintendent, Glenn
Bassett has been in contact with the NYS DOT regarding this issue and is
waiting for a response
I-7 Receive, file & forward the following Aquifer Protection Permits application
to the Town & County Planning Boards for their review &
recommendations:
a.) Cortlandvllle II LLC, 4242 Bell Crest Drive, off of Blue Creek Road, for
a ground mounted Solar Array System
b.) Cortlandville III LLC, 4240 Bell Crest Drive, off of Blue Creek Road, for
a ground mounted Solar Array System
c.) Bohler Engineering, proposed Jiffy Lube, 840 NYS Route 13
I-8 Receive &file Cortland County Planning Board and Planning Departments
review & recommendations and Town Board to set Public Hearings
regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit applications of:
a.) Builders Best Home Improvement Center, 3798 Luker Road, to
construct an addition to the existing building
b.) Tom Kile, CNY Living History Center, Route 11, to construct an
addition to the existing building
I-9 Receive &file the correspondence dated June 29, 2020 received on July
311 2020 from NYS DEC regarding the renewal of a Mining Permit for
Route 13, Rocks LLC
