Moved by 19r. Walpole to accept minutes of previous meetings (9/10.' 17
9/24) as mailed., Seconded by Mr. ;�,ovocool. Ayes - Sovocool, Walpole,

Claims #2)5 to #251 of the Highway Depaxtmerit and #225 to x#24 of the General
Fund wexe presented for audit. Mr. Walpole moved that bills be paid except
Tompkins County SPCA in the a«lount of $1579.55 and, the clerk instxcucted to
craw warrant for them . Seconded by Nx. Rankin, Ayes - Sovocoal, Walpole,
Rankin, Robinson.
Supervisor Robinson indicated we had not yet received our contract froift

Supervisor Robinson reported on Energy Program held in Syracuse on September
27 28. Sern3 nagr eras on Local Government Energy Coriserv� Lion Grant Programs,
Very informative meeting, The Icule is to keep thermostats at 65 degrees, -
