I-5 Resolution stating that the Town has abided by all NYS regulation pertaining to the
COVID-19 Emergency Shutdown rules and will continue to do so. When Phase 4
opening plan is put in place by NYS, all recreation facilities and programs of the Town
will be allowed to open and begin as regulated by directions set forth in Phase 4
I-6 Authorize renewal of the Town's Commercial Insurance Policy for the year 2020/2021
with Selective Insurance Company
