I-5 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Agreement with Insero & Co to retain Insero
& Co. to audit the Town records for the year 2019. The audit will start March 30,
2020
I-6 Authorize the Supervisor to sign Change Order #4 regarding the Town's share of
the National Grid bill for installation of switchgear at the Gutchess Lumber Sports
Complex in the amount of $35,225.00
I-7 Authorize payment of the 2020 Workers' Compensation
I-8 Grants:
a.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Federal Assistance Expenditure Form
regarding the Town's CDBG for the year 2019
b.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Grant Closeout for the NYS CDBG
Town—wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant #287HR326-16 and return to OCR
by March 14, 2020
I-9 Authorize the Supervisor to make budget modifications to balance the 2020

LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of
Cortlandville on February 19, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building,
3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York 13045, concerning the enactment of a Local Law
amending Chapter 178, Article XVIII, Section 178-112 A(4) and A(5) of the Zoning Code of the
Town of Cortlandville by adding a sentence to each of the subsections as follows:
For purposes of this section, "election" shall mean the earliest date by which a vote
total can be tabulated exclusive of absentee ballots.
The text of the proposed Local Law is available for examination at the office of the Town Clerk and
is also available online at httvs://www.cortlandville.ora.
At said hearing, all persons wishing to comment on the proposed Local Law shall be given the
opportunity to be heard,
