I-4 Authorization for the Town to participate in the County -wide Hazard
Mitigation Plan (HMP) for a five-year regulatory plan. Per Federal
regulations, all local governments must have a FEMA approved HMP in
order to be eligible to apply for and receive Federal Mitigation Grant
funding
I-5 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Discharge of Mortgage for Betty J.
Fisk regarding the Town -wide Housing Grant Program (CDBG) 2009
I-6 Receive &file the Draft Town Comprehensive Plan dated December 2019

Communications regarding information the Cable Commission is
requesting
Authorize the Supervisor to sign the correspondence to Denise Cannon,
NYS Home &Community Renewal regarding Type II Action of the Town -
wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG) # 287HR323-19
