Building 40 x 80' x 10' Open Pavilion to be constructed at GLSC, in
the amount of $59,100.00
C-3 P.O. #0149, Scholastic Sports Sales, LTD, Windscreens, Pitching
Platforms, Home Plate Mats etc., for GLSC, in the amount of
$9,012.80

I-5 Receive &file the correspondence dated March 5, 2019 from
Cortland County Board of Election regarding Primary & General
Election dates to use the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building
on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, if a Primary is held. General Election is
Tuesday, November 5, 2019, 5:00 a.m. — 9:30 p.m. for the General
Election
I-6 Authorize the Supervisor to amend the 2019 Budget General Fund

I-7 Discuss Subordination request of Dusty &Ashley Magee, 3110 US
Route 11, McGraw, NY. They received a CDBG Grant through the
Town's 2013 Town -wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program
I-8 Authorization for the Highway Superintendent to get three quotes
on materials to construct the pavilion & bathrooms for the GLSC
(C-2, P.O. #1403, is lowest quote for pavilion)
I-9 Set a Public Hearing date of April 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. to discuss
possible submission of one or more CDBG applications for the
2019 program year
