6 Town -wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program:
a.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Discharge of Mortgage of Rita &Carl
Rogers, & Andrew Stiles for property located at 4154 North Road, McGraw,
NY, in the amount of $27,490.00
I-5 Authorize Town Clerk to proceed with online bill pay for Water & Sewer
payments utilizing payGOV.US LLC and NOS, and enter into Agency Service
Agreement
I-6 Receive &file the correspondences dated February 12, 2019 from Insero & Co.
regarding the Town's Audit for the year 2018 to start the week of April 1, 2019
and have the Supervisor to sign the "Terms of the Engagement" with Insero &
Co. for our audit
I-7 Discussion regarding conveyance of one acre of Town land to the Cortlandville
Fire District for them to build a Live Fire Training Facility. The property is
located behind the Cortlandville Fire Department's Training Facility
I4 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Department review &
recommendations, & Resolution #19-02 from Cortland County Planning Board
regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit application of Squeaky Clean Car Wash
located at the intersection of NYS Route 222 & 281, Tax Map #86.13-01-29.000
& set a Public Hearing for March 6, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.
I-9 Receive & file the revised 2018 Periodic Review Report regarding South Hill
Dump from CHA dated February 12, 2019
