-4 Receive, file &discuss the correspondence dated September 12, 2018
from Town of Lafayette, NY regarding the proposal to draft a local law to
protect homes & property owners along the NYSEG powerline corridor
I-5 Set a Public Hearing for October 17, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. regarding Solar
Energy Systems
I-6 Receive &file the correspondence dated September 17, 2018 from Town
of Groton, NY regarding their proposed Local Law #2 of 2018 regarding
amending various sections of the Town of Groton Land Use &
Development Code of 2011
I-7 Acknowledge receipt of Local Law #1 of 2018 Amend Zoning Text —
Pothos, effective September 17, 2018, from NYS Department of State
dated September 21, 2018
I-8 Resolution for the Town Court to apply for a Court Grant
I-9 Receive &file the correspondence dated September 27, 2018 from
Highway Superintendent, and authorize Highway Superintendent to move
Jonathan Gibbs & Todd Bassett to Heavy Equipment Operator with Trailer
CDL, as they have done all the appropriate training. Currently their title is
Motor Equipment Operator
I-10 Amend Resolution #198 of 2017, November 15, 2017 Approve Loan
Agreement and Authorize Supervisor to sign the Commitment letter
between the Town & Royal Nissan of Cortland, Inc., to reflect the Loan
amount of $108,800.00
I-11 Authorize the Supervisor to make a correction to 2018 General Fund B
(Part Town)
