Declaration
I-8 Authorize Cortland County Judges Campbell & Alexander to use the
Cortlandville Courtroom after hours for youth arraignments due to NYS
Legislation to raise the age of adult criminal responsibility from the current age of
16 years old to 18 years old. NYS requires a special Youth program of County
Court to handle criminal matters involving 16-17 year old youths
I-9 Authorize the Town Clerk to enter into a 5 -Year Agreement with Tompkins
County for the Tompkins Shared Services Electronic Records Repository
(TSSERR)
