a.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Owner -Occupied Loan Agreement for the
following:
1.) Dirk & Amber Hanback, 3673 Pendleton Street
2.) Louis Thompson, 1539 Saunders Road
b.) Authorization to pay the following vouchers: (Originals in the Supervisors Packet
for the Board Members to initial & sign)
1.) Voucher #34, Empire Construction of CNY, LLC, in the amount of $31,500.00
2.) Voucher #35, JMS Plumbing & Heating, in the amount of $1,857.60
3.) Voucher #36, KK Bean Tree Service, in the amount of $2,750.00
4.) Voucher #37, Thoma Development Consultants, in the amount of $6,434.76
c.) Authorization to commit a total of $23,110 in Program Income funds for Earl &
Donna Fox, 3133 Gracie Road, in the amount of $9,610.00 and Darik & Amber
