Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “New Applicant Approval Request” of Jeri Ann McCracken, 655 Lime Hollow Road in the amount of $21,271.35 b.) Authorize payment of the following vouchers: (copies in the Supervisor’s packet to be signed by Board Members) 1.) Voucher # 19 MAB Roofing and Siding, in the amount of $4,025.00 2.) Voucher # 20 JMS Plumbing and Heating, in the amount of $3,897.00 I-4 CDBG #287SB902-18 Royal Nissan of Cortland, Inc.: a.) Receive & file the correspondence dated January 29, 2018 from NYS Homes & Community Renewal awarding us the CDBG #287SB902-18 b.) Acknowledge Town Clerk’s submission for “Request for Proposals” for program delivery and administrative services for the CDBG Economic Development CDBG #287SB902-18. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19th and shall be awarded on March 21st Town Board meeting I-5 Receive & file the correspondence dated February 5, 2018 from NYS DOT regarding the Town’s request in May, 2017 to reduce speed limits on Gwen Lane, Woodside Dr., Collegeview Dr., Hart Dr., Northway Dr., Field Crest Dr., Meadow Lane, Hillside Dr., Parti Dr., & Clinton Street in the Village of McGraw. a.) Receive & file the correspondence dated February 13, 2018 from the NYS DOT regarding the request to reduce the speed limit on Clinton Street in the Village of McGraw and Pendleton Street from Saunders Road to Ahrens Road I-6 Authorize bonding for the construction of a new Highway Garage, at 4765 Route 41, to accommodate the loss of storage at the old Fire Department building on NYS Route 281. Gutchess Lumber has taken ownership of this property and the Town need to move equipment. I-7 Receive & file the correspondence dated February 13, 2018 from Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. Counselors at Law, regarding a Public Hearing for the proposed 35,000 sq. ft. Medical Manufacturing Facility on 3.5 acers located at 850 Lime Hollow Road, Tax Map #95.00-10-20.000, Cortland Commerce Development, LLC (David Yaman), to be held on February 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at The Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building. I-8 Receive & file the packet dated February 14, 2018 from Cortland County IDA regarding the proposed project of the Cortland Commerce Development, LLC (David Yaman) which includes a cover sheet from Cortland County IDA, List of Recipients, Full Environmental Assessment Form, a Trip Generation Analysis, Air Emissions, Application for Financial Assistance, and plans for 35,000 sq. ft. Medical Manufacturing Facility on 3.5 acers located at 850 Lim e Hollow Road, Tax Map #95.00-10-02.000 (Received 1 copy to be filed in the Town Clerk’s Office) I-9 Authorize salary increase for Deputy Town Clerk, Kalee Updyke after she successfully completes her six month probationary period, effective March 1, 2018 I-10 Receive & file the correspondence from dated February 14, 2018 and the recommendation from the Cortland County Planning Department forward to the Cortland County Planning Board regarding the proposed Zoning Map amendment I-11 Receive & file the Cortland Planning Board resolution #18-5 dated February 13, 2018 and the Cortland County Planning Department review & recommendations regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit application of Prop, Inc. (Bestway), to construct a cold storage warehouse for lumber located at 3877 Luker Road, Tax Map #86.17-01-01.000 and set a Public Hearing date of March 21, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. I-12 Receive & file the Cortland Planning Board resolution #18-6 dated February 13, 2018 and the Cortland County Planning Department review & recommendations regarding the Aquifer Protection Permit application of (David Yaman) Cortland Commerce Development, LLC, to construct a 35,000 sq. ft. Medical Manufacturing Facility at 850 Lime Hollow Road, Tax Map #95.00-10-02.000 and set a Public Hearing date of March 21, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. I-13 Receive & file the Aquifer Protection permit application, the Short Environmental Assessment Form, and plans for the proposed project of (David Yaman) Cortland Commerce Development, LLC, to construct a 35,000 sq. ft.
