A discussion followed concerning the fact that there i6 ng4P.U.D. for Chuck Be's garage. -At present- there are many P..U.D.'s missing which allows for 'alot of information,to fall through the cracks, who.is accountable for the missing P.U.D.s? The Planning Board.is very concerned over the number of misplaced . P.U.D.s which they need for zoning regulations. The Planning Board reques.ts..that the Town Board.provide them with records of the folp lowing P.U.'D.s: - Walter Wiggins - Locker Machine Shop, - Bruce's Equipment - Paul•.Hard& sty -Hill Trailer Park Randhaven Farms Motion to pass moved by Carol;secohded bat Rolly. All in favor. General discussion on•whetheror not the Town•'is exempt from fol- lowing the already existing P.U..D, of a•. piece of land which they purchase. The Planning Board requests that the Town Board involve them more in the purchase and development of town property. Carol made the motions Walt seconded it; all approved.
