I-3 CDBG #287HR326-16 Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program:
a.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “Owner Occupied Loan Agreement” for
Thomas & Cathy Thompson, 3686 Route 11, McGraw in the amount of
$27,150.00
b.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “Affidavit” of Roxanne M. Sorrells, 734
Bowling Green in the amount of $28,090.00
c.) Receive & file the 2017 Annual Performance Report regarding the Town-wide
Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG #287HR326-16) emailed to
NYS Homes & Community Renewal 1/12/2018
d.) Authorize payment of the following vouchers:
1.) Thoma Development Consultants in the amount of $11,199.01
2.) O’Donnell Construction in the amount of $12,500.00
I-4 Receive & file the correspondence dated January 4, 2018 from the Cortland
County Highway Department regarding the request to lower the speed limit on
Parti Drive, College View Drive, Gwen Lane, Northway, Meadow Lane, Clinton
Street, Hart Drive, Fieldcrest Drive, Woodside Drive & Hillside Drive.
I-5 Authorize extension of time for tax collection to June 1, 2018
I-6 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Incentive Proposal from the NYS Empire
State Development regarding the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex Grant and
submitted it no later than February 9, 2018 with the application fee of $250.00
I-7 Authorization to balance the 2017 Budget
