a.) Receive & file the correspondence dated December 12, 2017 from
NYS Homes & Community Renewal regarding 12-Month Completion
Notice of our NYS CDBG 287HR326-16 Grant Program
b.) Authorize Supervisor to sign the “New Applicant Approval Request”
of Roxanne Sorrells, 734 Bowling Green Road, in the amount of
$28,240.00
c.) Authorization for payment for the following Vouchers:
1.) M.A.B. Roofing & Siding, $10,000.00
2.) R. Homer Carpets, $5,471.00
3.) T.H.I. Heating & Plumbing, $4,400.00
4.) Town of Cortlandville, Code Enforcement, $400.00
d.) Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “New Applicant Approval
Request” of Matthew & Heather Shimer, 4074 Kinney Gulf Road in
the amount of $25,772.80
I-4 Appoint Delegate, Supervisor, Dick Tupper and Alternate, Town Clerk,
Kristin Rocco-Petrella to attend the Annual Association of Towns
Training School & Meetings in NYC, February 18-21, 2018
I-5 Set mileage rate as issued by the IRS for the year 2018 for Town use
vehicles (The rate for 2017 was $0.5350)
I-6 Receive & file the correspondences dated December 7, 2017 from Town
Justice Fran Casullo & David Alexander regarding the Town Board
examining their records & dockets for the year 2017
I-7 Accept resignation of Lenore LeFevre on the Town of Cortlandville
Zoning Board of Appeals effective December 29, 2017

I-9 Receive & file the correspondence dated November 13, 2017 and the
completed Asset Management LPA Monitoring Questionnaire 2017-2018
received December 11, 2017 regarding the Town’s 2008 HOME Grant
(NYS HOME Grant Program Long Term Compliance SHARS ID #
20083182)
I-10 Receive & file the correspondence dated December 14, 2017 from New
York State Empire State Development regarding the Grant for Gutchess
Lumber Sports Complex. This project has been recommended for an
award up to $862,000.
