vouchers for building permit fee regarding the Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant
Program CDBG #287HR326-16 (this was tabled at the last meeting)
I. NEW BUSINESS
I-1 Schedule special Town Board meeting for the purpose of adopting the 2018 Preliminary
Budget as the Final Budget for 2018

I-4 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “Affidavit” regarding the Town-wide Housing
Rehabilitation Grant Program CDBG # 287HR326-16 for the following applicants:
a.) Renee Hammond, 40 Clinton Street, McGraw, NY in the amount of $30,107.60, and
authorize the Supervisor to sign the “Owner-Occupied Loan Agreement”, received
November 14, 2017
b.) David Pierce, 1159 Gallagher Road, in the amount of $28,193.00
c.) Tayra Fedorka and Christopher Powell, 3770 Fairview Drive, in the amount of
$32,550.00
I-5 Receive & file the correspondences dated November 8, 2017 from NYS Homes &
Community Renewal regarding the NYS CDBG #287HR62-13 & 287HR326-16
I-6 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the “New Applicant Approval Request” of Jeri Ann
McCracken, 655 Lime Hollow Road, in the amount of $5,690.00
I-7 Adopt resolution regarding Climate Smart Communities
I-8 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the NYS CDBG Certification Form and the Certificate
of SEQRA Classification for Royal Nissan of Cortland, Inc.
