I-3 Receive & file the correspondence dated August 14, 2017 from NYS Homes &
Community Renewal regarding the Single Audit for 2016 for the Town-wide
Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG #287HR62-13)
I-4 Authorize Brian Clukey, Water Treatment Plant Operator Trainee to receive
$2,000.00 to his salary for obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License Class B
I-5 Authorize Allen P. Moore, Water & Sewer Department to receive $2,000.00 to his
salary for obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License Class B
I-6 Authorization to set up Capital Project for the Gutchess Lumber Sports Complex
Project
I-7 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Board Resolution #17-25 and the
recommendation from the Cortland County Planning Department regarding the
Aquifer Protection Permit application of E & V Energy, 3957 US Route 11, Tax
Map # 87.13-01-41.120 & 41.200. Also, Cortlandville ZBA request that the Town
Board act as Lead Agency under SEQRA
I-8 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Board Resolution # 17-26 and the
recommendations from the Cortland County Planning Department regarding the
Aquifer Protection Permit application of Valley Rental, 1096 Madden Lane, Tax
Map # 95.08-01-17.000 (Luker Road)
I-9 Set Public Hearing date of September 20, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. for the following
Aquifer Protection Permits applications:
a.) Prop Inc. (Bestway), 3877 Luker Road, Tax Map # 86.17-01-01.000, to
construct a 60’ x 200’ sq. ft. cold storage warehouse
b.) Valley Rental, Luker Road, Tax Map # 95.08-01-17.000 to construct three
mini storage buildings, one 60’ x 175’, one 30’ x 175’, and one 60’ x 150’.
I-10 Receive & file the correspondence dated August 30, 2017 from NYS Homes &
Community Renewal regarding Certificate of Completion for the Town -wide
Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program (CDBG #287HR62-13), Original Copy
filed in the Town Clerk’s Office
I-11 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Farmland Protection Grant Contract
#T800826 dated August 29, 2017
I-12 Receive & file the correspondence dated August 30, 2017 from Cortland County
Attorney Karen Howe regarding David Jones Aircraft Services in breach of
Contract with the County due to him not paying his Town water & sewer bill
since 2011 with an amount due of $882.29
