Event Notification Rating Upgrade
I-5 Refer Aquifer Protection Permit Application & Zone Change Request of Abundant Solar
Power, Inc. for property located on Wellington Dr., Tax Map # 95.20-03-01.000 for the
installation of 2 MW solar array for the purpose of community solar to the Town &
County Planning Boards for their review & recommendations (paperwork has not been
submitted to Town Board yet)
I-6 Refer Aquifer Protection Permit Application of Prop Inc., 3877 Luker Road, Tax Map #
86.17-01-01.000, for a 60’ x 200’ cold storage warehouse for lumber to the Town &
County Planning Boards for their review & recommendations (paperwork has not been
submitted to the Town Board yet)
