I-3 Authorization to close Carroll Street for the Cortland County Junior Fair July 3rd
– 9th per request from Richard Bush, Fair Manager
I-4 Receive & file the Cortland County Planning Board Resolution #17-11 regarding
the Aquifer Protection Permit application of Clifton Land Company, LLC, 876
NYS Route 13, Tax Map #95.16-02-78.100 (Car Wash), and set a Public Hearing
date of June 21, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.
I-5 Authorize the Supervisor to sign the final payment application #4 and accept the
Sewer Project for Pendleton Street & Oakcrest Sewer as complete
I-6 Authorize Brian Clukey, Water Treatment Plant Operator Trainee to receive
$2,000.00 to his salary for successfully obtaining his Grade D Systems Operators
Certification
I-7 Receive & file the following relating to the Gutchess Park and Athletic Complex:
a.) Phase IA and IB (Phase I) Cultural Resource Investigations (dated May 18,
2016)
b.) Wetland Delineation Report (dated August 3, 2016)
c.) Geotechnical Engineering Report (dated May 2017)
I-8 Authorize approval of payment to Thoma Development Consultants regarding the
Town-wide Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program – Environmental Review
