Place is Inmedistely adjacent to a busiaess district, in which, there are no
limitations as to the ager of malts. It iaemediately &bats a H-x di steric t
which you can sane in one of the pictures. This is true of all the properties,
but particularly true of Oso= Place property* the property is now mood by
Ithaca College as a place wbers mingle students reside, sear 26 in this building,
and they hevt, by the count of Ithaca College and the cem►t of the proprietor
who lives tent door, sow 26 or 28 cars now parked on the street.
The farm of the building has a central ball, ring
directly from the front to the back on *sob floor sari it is impossible to units
all the mems on one floor into a family unit and across a center hall* the
