Notice of public hearing having been advertised in the Ithaca
Journal in the June 21, 1983 issue. The purpose of this hearing
was to consider the proposed planned development of Walter
Wiggins on his property on Comfort Rd.
Board Members present: Councilperson Dorothy Roberts
Councilperson Mar* Oltz
Councilperson Sylvia Hiney
Supervisor Mildred Miller
Absent: Councilman Ted Merritt
Others present: Walter Wiggins, Ed Roberts, Mr. French
M�. Wiggins presented plans to the planning board showing con-
struction of 12 additional "Silo Houses" over a period of time.
Planning board suggested Mr. Wiggins make a full loop road
around the property with road width of 20 feet. This road should
be done at time second group of four units of houses are con-
structed. Purpose: easy access for fire equipment. Planning
Board would like to see more spacing between units, 15 feet.
Maintenance of road by landlord should be year round. There is
to be no conflict with existing zoning ordinance.
With no one showing opposition, Councilperson Dorothy
moved the resolution to grant the planned development
sented, and seconded by Councilperson Sylvia Hiney.

At 8 :03 PM Councilperson. Dorothy Roberts made the motion to
journ the meeting, seconded by Councilperson Mary Oltz and
by the affirmative vote.
