Continuum of Care – Tierra Labrada – CoC and TCHI Manager - Human Services
Coalition – Continuum of Care is a HUD initiative agency and she gave a power point
presentation with detailed information. Currently have 25 agencies they are working
with actively with 6 working committees.
Questions by members:
Questions were asked regarding youth age range and level of diagnosis – 14-24 is the
age range and currently an Assessment can be done anywhere – no wrong door policy;
