Town of Danby Planning Board
Nov. 17, 1982 8s00.p.m.
Members Present: Walt Sczepanski, Carol B4enjamin
Guests: Joel Gagnon, Rick Dietrich, Frank Haskins, Dorothy Roberts
This meeting is termed informal, for lack of a quarum. Mr. Dietrich
and Mr. Gagnon have expressed a desire to serve on the Danby Planning
Board. Mrs. Miller asked them to attend our meeting so that we could
meet them and speak with them.
Mr. Gagnon has been a West Danby resident for 4 years and would like
to serveon the board. He feels the less regulations we have the better
off we are. He wonders what are the peoples views on our town, and what
are the town goals.
Rick Dietrich feels that after living in our town a while, that there
are decisions that must be made and we need a board to make them. We are
lacking a full board and he would like to help fill and serve., -Rick said
he would like to start and grow with the town. He feels that if you have
a plan that doesn "t work, don't keep wasting energy on it, drop it and
start on a new project.
We ended our meeting at 9:30 p.m.
Next meeting will be Dec. 15, 1982 8:00 p.m. Danby Town Hall
