project team for the Chain Works District Project:

Paul Sylvestri, Counsel to Project Sponsor, Harter, Secrest & Emery LLP.
The former Emerson property is a 95 acre site located in both the Town of Ithaca and City of
Ithaca. Jamie GenSe|made @ presentation Onthe proposed Chain Works District project that
included o uunmentum| site layout for a Mixed Use District that would include residential,
commercial and industrial spaces. The project aapnupoaedinu|uduuaLEE[]nuighburhuod
development design that will include pedestrian, bicycle, and transit access to the Commons
and the southwest business district.

Adam Walters, reviewed the necessary approval processes from this point including:
