Town of Danby Planning Board
Julyb2l, 1982 8:00 p.m.
Members Present: Donald Graham, Walt Sczepanski, Carol Benjamin.
Informal meeting , for lack of a quarum.
Walt inquired if a permit is required to dig a pond on personal property.
A review of the zoning regulations shows that if it is less than five
acres of water surface, no permit is needed.
The Town Board said that they will meet with us at our Sept. meeting to
discuss the P.U.D.
The June minutes were read and informally approved as corrected.
Meeting adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
The next meeting will be Sept. 15, 1982 8:00 p.m. Danby Town Hall.
