EAST HILL SCHOOL WALL:• Alderman Nordheimer reported he had read a letter from the Supt
to the City School District regarding the poor condition of the wall adjacent to East
Hill School on Quarry Street. He felt there,•was some difficulty in determining who is�./)
responsible for this wall. Engineer Schlieder stated available records Supt.

on the City's right-of-way but was built some 80 years ago on school ro erty.
,Dingman advised that the City School District had accepted. the 'responsibility of looking;
'into the matter for the present, that the City Engineer is looking into it also and there
was no immediate danger of the wall collapsing.

CHERRY.STREET: Attorney Barrett felt there was some question as to whether Cherry Street,.
was supposed to be 48 or 50 feet wide and that the Board.should take some action to decT.-
