the Belle'Sherman and Wood Street tracts':.by the City from the School District for park
purposes had taken place and therefore both areas were now owned by the City. The Supt.
,indicated that no funds had been included in the budget for any extensive improvement of
these areas and they would be maintained in their present condition for4'the time being.

ELS t STPEET HOUSING: Comm. Golder questioned what wort; would be done by UDC under the
$154,000.00 provided in funding by the City. Attorney Weinstein reviewed procedural steps
in detail and indicated that UDC had riven the Superintendent specifications -For all
works to be done and that when approved by the Superintendent it would then come to the
Board for its final approval.
