Chairman Thane called the meeting to order at 7PM.
It was moved by Lyle Raymond and seconded by Pat Gaines and voted unanimously to hold the
monthly meetings on the last Wednesday of each month if there was business to conduct.
This becomes Action #1 of 2012.
Steve will send notice to Town Clerk April Scheffler for public notification.
General reminder was given of Board members' responsibility to attend a minimum of 4 hours of
training during the 2012 calendar year.
The Code of Ethics document is being revised and will be made available as soon as it has been
adopted by the Town Board.
Any training fund requests must be submitted to the Town Board at least two weeks in advance so it
can be published on the Town's website.
It was moved by Lyle Raymond and seconded by Pat Gaines and voted unanimously that the
following officer names to be sent to the Town Board for approval:
Steve Thane _ Chair
Paul Fouts -Vice Chair
This becomes Action #2 of 2012.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM.
