Supervisor Mildred Miller stated that a resolution is needed to
transfer $51,132.70 from Highway Revenue Account D510 (Transport-
ation bond money received) to account D960, appropriations. This
is necessary as the Highway Superintendent did not include this
project (Safe Roads Streets Program) in his 1981 budget. Council-
man Ted Merritt moved the resolution to transfer the necessary funds
as stated. Councilman Robert Snedden seconded the motion.

ACCOUNT D51O TO ACCOUNT D96O APPROPRIATIONS

Miller - aye
Carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes.
Supervisor Mildred Miller said that a resolution is needed to
transfer monies within the highway funds in order to make funds
available to pay bills. These transfers are as follows: Take
$4,273.90 from 'snow account DS5142.1 and increase the repairs
account DR511O.1 b n JPa7/Je12, also increase machinery account
DM5119c ekie$2.24, t e machinery account DM513O.4 by $1990.78
and account DS5906O.8 by $1206.76. Councilman Ted Merritt moved
a resolution to transfer these funds. Councilman Robert Snedden
seconded the motion.
RESOLUTION #33 DECREASE ACCOUNT DS5142.1 BY $4273.90 AND
INCREASE ACCOUNT DR511O.1 BY $1074.12,
INCREASE ACCOUNT DM5130.2 BY $2.24 INCREASE
ACCOUNT DM5130.4 BY $1990.78 AND INCREASE
ACCOUNT DS9O6O.8 BY $1206.76 TO MAKE FUNDS
AVAILABLE TO PAY BILLS,

Terry Garrison sales representative for North Country Energy
Systems (Window Quilt) presented Window Quilt to the town board
as an energy saving possibility for the town hall. After discussion
by the board, it was decided not to invest in this at the present
time. There was further discussion concerning
more energy efficient,
making the town hall
Councilperson Sylvia Hiney moved a resolution to permit Supervisor
Mildred Miller to sign a contract with the state for state aid of
$1000.00 matching funds for the Danby Senior Citizens. Councilman
Ted Merritt seconded the motion.
RESOLUTION #34 AUTHORIZE THE SUPERVISOR TO SIGN THE
CONTRACT WITH THE STATE FOR STATE AID
OF $1000.00 MATCHING FUNDS FOR THE
DANBY SENIOR CITIZENS.

Merritt - aye
Snedden - aye
Miller - aye
Carried by a vote of four ayes and no noes.
As there was no more business to be brought before the board,
the meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
