DATE: November 20, 1990
I have decided to cancel the regular meeting of the Planning Board scheduled for
November 27 because there are no projects for site plan review or subdivision
approval. In addition, there are no other topics to be discussed under new or
old business. Please let me know if you have .objections.
We are still obligated to comment on zoning variance cases for this month, so I
request that you read the memorandum which will arrive under separate cover, and
refer any comments concerning these cases to me. I think we can handle these
cases through written channels.
Lastly, we need to reschedule the December meeting of the Board which would
normally fall on December 25. Rather than meet during the holiday week, I
propose that we meet either December 18 or. 20. Please let Marie know by Tuesday,
November 27 your availability for both these days.
