SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
October 27, 1980
A special meeting of the Danby lown Board was held October 27, 1980
at 7:30 P.M. at the home of the Supervisor, Mildred L. Miller, 194
Miller Road, East, Ithaca, New York. The purpose of the meeting was
to complete the preliminary budget for 1981 for the Town of Danby
and also to set the.date for the public hearing on this proposed budget
for 1981 for the Town of Danby.
Board members present: Councilperson Sylvia Hiney
• Councilperson Dorothy Roberts
Councilman Robert Snedden
Supervisor Mildred L. Miller
Others present: Highway Superintendent, Roy Hornbrook
The preliminary budget was completed.
The date for the public hearing on -the preliminary budget was set for
November 10, 1980 at the Danby Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. immediately
preceding the regular meeting of the Danby Town Board.
As there was no further business to be brought before the board, the
meeting was adjourned. The time was 10:55 P -Me
