TOWN OF DANBY
SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
March 19, 1980
A special meeting of the Danby Town Board was called to order at
7:40 P.M. at the Danby Town Hall, 1830 Danby Road, Town of Danby,
Tompkins County and State of New York on March 19, 1980. The
purpose of the meeting was to open bids for a Loader Backhoe and
a Vibratory Roller for the Highway Department.

Others present: Edward Slights, Roy Hornbrook, Walter Sczepanski,
Wayne Rial, Edward Roberts, several representatives of the companies
submitting bids.
The clerk presented a copy of the proof of publication to the super-
visor. This was read and then the clerk was asked to open and read
the bids.
