ATTENDANCE
PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
1St Deputy Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
2nd Deputy Supervisor- Michelle Wright
Board members- Rich Goldman, John Hertzler
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
OTHERS PRESENT:
Town of Covert Clerk, Colleen Freese
ABSENT:
Board member- Michael Boggs
OPENING THE HEARING:
Mr. Hertzler made a motion to open the hearing at 6:34pm, seconded by Mr. Goldman and passed
unanimously.
STATEMENT BY SUPERVISOR THOMAS:
Ms. Thomas noted that the subject of the hearing is adoption of a fire contract with the Village of
Trumansburg. She presented the contract amounts for each town:
Hector: $15,271.93
Covert: $48,078.30
Ulysses: $208,716.40
Ms. Thomas noted that the legal notice of the hearing was published in the Ithaca Journal on
November 11.

CLOSING THE HEARING:
Hearing no comments, Mr. Goldman made a motion to close the hearing at 6:39pm, seconded by Mr.
Hertzler and passed unanimously.
