ATTENDANCE
PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
1St Deputy Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
2nd Deputy Supervisor- Michelle Wright
Board members- Rich Goldman, John Hertzler
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
OTHERS PRESENT:

ABSENT:
Board member- Michael Boggs
OPENING THE MEETING:
Ms. Thomas called a Special Meeting at 6:43pm.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Ms. Zahler moved to enter into Executive Session at 6:44pm for the purpose of discussing the possible
acquisition of real property. This was seconded by Mr. Hertzler and passed unanimously.
Mr. Goldman made a motion to come out of Executive Session at 6:55pm, seconded by Ms. Zahler and
passed unanimously.
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Ms. Thomas shared the following:
• The annual Association of Towns conference will take place in New York City in February and
asked if anyone would like to go.
• The municipal shelter inspection report arrived and the SPCA passed.
• A few years back, several municipalities gave the Town of Caroline money for broadband. As
the project never happened, the Caroline Supervisor recently returned Ulysses' share of the
funding.
• She drew attention to a NYMIR publication reminding municipalities that they are responsible
for sidewalks in front of their buildings.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Goldman made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:03pm, seconded by Mr. Hertzler and passed
unanimously.
