According to a DeWitt historical Society postcard, the Wilson house is one of three houses in the immediate vicinity of the hamlet that possessed carve6 hood enf'ramements with brackets and pendants over tha front doer. The two 20th --century additions are supported by concrete foundations: on the west facade there is a one-story addition capped with a flat roof; on the north facade there is an enclosed one-story porch with a shed roof. 18. TO i cin body of the tructure is almost a perfect squere (25f t. x 31ft.) and is divided into five bay, along the front facade. Later additions hove elongated the structure into cn L --shape Man.
