However, a deep set -back, in combination with forsythia planted along the road, screen the house and minimize the intrusion to the streetscape. 18. OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES OF BUILDING AND SITE (including interior features if known): This structure consists of a square, two story, central block with its roof ridge parallel to the road and two dormers on the east slope of the roof. A one story, one room wing projects from the north wall and an attached garage projects from th south wall. A cement block chimney covered with asphalt shingles is attached to t east exterior wall. Decorative contemporary wrought iron posts support a gable ro SIGNIFICANCE sheltering the entryway. 19. DATE OF INITIAL CONSTRUCTION: C. 1940 ARCHITECT: BUILDER: 20.
