older styles of the nineteenth and early twentieth century houses on teh street.
However, a deep set -back, in combination with forsythia planted along the road,
screen the house and minimize the intrusion to the streetscape.

This structure consists of a square, two story, central block with its roof ridge
parallel to the road and two dormers on the east slope of the roof. A one story,
one room wing projects from the north wall and an attached garage projects from th
south wall. A cement block chimney covered with asphalt shingles is attached to t
east exterior wall. Decorative contemporary wrought iron posts support a gable ro
SIGNIFICANCE sheltering the entryway.

This house was built in the early 1940's, constructed for the present owners.
Neither the map of 1853 or 1866 indicate another structure on the site.
