TOWN BOARD BUDGET MEETING
September 26 , 1977
A meeting was held by the Town Board of the Town of Danby on
September 26 , 1977 at 7 : 30 P . M . at the home of the Supervisor . The
purpose of the meeting was to prepare the budget .
Board members present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright
Councilman Ralph Wilbur
Councilman Paul Smith
Justice Floyd Dorn
Justice Milton Todd
Others present : Onalee Wright and Joseph Hulbert
• In other business Councilman Paul Smith reported on the problem
of acoustics at the town hall . Possibly Rick Churchill would
attend a meeting of the board to discuss this problem .
Councilman Ralph Wilbur made the motion to authorize Joseph Hulbert
to draw up specs and go to bid for a cinder spreader . The motion
was seconded by Councilman Paul Smith and carried by a vote of five
ayes and no noes .
The budget was discussed and tenative figures arrived at .
The meeting adjourned at 10 : 35 P . M .
