It also does not have a number affixed to the exterior which will need to be. If 66 and 19 are on the list to be demolished then removing the deck and boarding will be fine. Be sure to apply for the demo permit. 65 still poses some issues. There will need to be a guard (over 30") and the trailer will need to be tied down. That needs to be done right away. I will email you a picture of # 146 for your reference. Please let me know about the other trailers that are in violation once you have that information. The double wide on the end of Kingsley is a rent to own but we are currently in the process of moving it from Kingsley to Penguin due to a sink hole issue on the lot on Kingsley. If I get you a time frame on when this home is going to be moved, can we just leave it as is and the repairs be completed once the home is set on the lot on Penguin? 66 is on our DEMO list. Can we just remove the decking on the front and the back and board up the doors as opposed to replacing it? 65 is currently being used as storage/office space for our onsite maintenance tech and according to my tech it isn’t strapped down or hooked up. Lot 31 (open guard on deck) looks like part of the decking is leaning on the ground next to deck. 35 (no stairs to an exterior door). 39 (exterior stairs are in deteriorated and will need replacing). 17L (exterior stairs are deteriorated and will need replacing). 14 (no guard on deck). Please let me know your plans to rectify these violations.
