CMP-189 Trailers 1) Trailer identified as number 11 Morgan Drive, accumulation of • garbage/rubbish. Violation of PMC, Section 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage and Section 302.1 Sanitation. * Property must be cleared of garbage and/or rubbish that surrounds the exterior portion of the trailer lot. Property must remain in clean and sanitary conditions. (See picture(s) 1-4 of 19. 2) Empty trailer lot on the corner of Morgan Drive, accumulation of rubbish. Violation of PMC, Section 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage and Section 302.1 Sanitation. *Pile of rubbish must be cleared and remain in a den and sanitary condition. (See picture 5 of 19). 3) Empty located in the lower level, half circle of the park, large, deteriorated handicap ramp. Violation of PMC Section 304.10 Stairways, decks, porches, and balconies. *Ramp must be removed and lot to remain in clean and sanitary conditions. (See picture 6 of 19). 4) Trailer identifies as number 12 Penguin Drive, accumulation of garbage on the exterior, front side of the lot. Violation of PMC Section 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage and Section 302.1 Sanitation. *Garbage must be cleared and the exterior lot to maintain in a clean and sanitary condition. (See picture 7 & 8 of 19). 5) Trailer identified as 66 Penguin Drive, deterioration of the deck and roof. Violation of PMC, Section 304.10 Stairways, decks, porches and balconies and Section 304.7 Roofs and Drainage. *The deck and roof must repair to comply with these Sections of the PMC. Note: permits will be required prior to any work being done. (See picture 9 of 19). 6) Trailer identified as number 46 Penguin Drive; grass is overgrown. Violation of Local Law 98.1-98.5 Grass and Weed Control. *Property must comply with Sections 98.1-98.5. (See picture 10 of 19). 7) Trailer identified as 45 Morgan Drive, skirting to trailer is mostly removed from the trailer, exposing the underside of the trailer. Violation of PMC, Section 304.2 Protective Treatment. *Repair or replace skirting on the trailer. (See picture 11 of 19). 8) Trailer identified as 37 Penguin Drive, accumulation of garbage throughout the property. Kitchen appliance stored on the front exterior lot. Violation of PMC, Section 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage and 308.2.2 Refrigerators. *Property must be cleared of all garbage and kitchen appliances and to remain in a clean and sanitary condition. (See picture 12 of 19). 9) Trailer identified as number 19, interior portion of the trailer, viewed from the front window, is piled with cardboard and bags of unknown items. This is considered a fire hazard, blocking an emergency escape opening, Violation of PMC, Section 702.4 Emergency Escape Openings and Section 305 Interior Structure. *The trailer must be kept in a clean, sanitary condition. The trailer will otherwise be placard for the safety of others and responders. (See picture 13 of 19). p 10) Trailer identified as 188 Penguin Drive, accumulation of garbage. Violation of PMC 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage. *Property must be cleared of garbage and kept in a clean and sanitary condition. (See picture 14 of 19). 11) Trailer identified as 184 Penguin Drive, accumulation of garbage. Violation of PMC 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage. *Property must be cleared of garbage and be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. (See picture 15 of 19). 12) Trailer identified as 185 Penguin Drive, exit door blocked from the exterior, accumulation of garbage. Violation of PMC, Section 702.1 General and 308.1 Accumulation of Garbage and Rubbish. *Exit door must be unblocked, accumulation of garbage to be removed and to remain in a clean and sanitary condition. (See picture 16 of 19). 13) Trailer(s) identified as number 23 & number 18; propane tanks stored on the side of trailers with exposure to driveway/vehicular damage. Violation of Fire Code, Section 6107.4 Protecting Containers from Vehicles. *Ballard's or other approved shielding is required to protect propane tanks from vehicular damage. (See picture 17 of 19). 14) Trailer identified as number 35, large accumulation of garbage throughout the property lot. Garbage is currently blocking the rear meters. Violation of PMC, Section 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage. *Property must be cleared of all garbage. Property must remain in a clean and sanitary condition. (See picture 18 of 19). 15) Trailer known as number 150 Penguin Drive; accumulation of brush piled beside trailer. This is a potential fire hazard. Violation of PMC 308.1 Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage. *Brush must be cleared and removed of properly. (See picture 19 of 19).
