Conclusion of the re-inspections made, it was determined by writer that the permit renewal shall be denied until further compliance was made, specifically regarding trailer# 11 and Trailer# 8. On December 15, 2022,writer received a call from Jim Cummins regarding reconsideration if CMHP could have until December 19, 2022, to bring compliance to the trailers known as#8 and #11. On December 19, 2022,writer once again reinspected the trailers known as#8 and# 11. At this time the two trailers, 8 and 11, are now in compliance with NYS PMC. With understanding from the CMHP and Mr. Cummins that the smaller violations, in regards to other trailers, will still need addressing and will need to be brought to compliance, I would recommend that the Board grant the renewal of application permit,pursuant to the Local Town Law, Section 151-10.
