PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
1St Deputy Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board members- John Hertzler, Rich Goldman
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Code Enforcement Officer- Tom Myers
Planner- Darby Kiley
OTHERS PRESENT:
Vicky Romanoff, Sarah Adams, Peter Wright, GES representative responsible for the building
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 4:06p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Mr. Goldman moved to go into Executive Session at 4:06pm to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale
or lease of real property. This was seconded by Ms. Zahler and passed unanimously.
Ms. Zahler moved to end Executive Session at 4:54pm, seconded by Mr. Goldman and passed
unanimously.
ADJOURN:
Ms. Thomas moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:54pm; seconded by Ms. Zahler.
