The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.

ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT:
Supervisor- Liz Thomas
1St Deputy Supervisor- Nancy Zahler
Board members- John Hertzler, Rich Goldman, Michael Boggs
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Water District Operator- Chris Stevenson
OTHERS PRESENT:
Bill Davis & Matt McKenna (MRB Group), Phil Antweiler, Dave Kauppinen,
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Thomas called the meeting to order at 7p.m.
DISCUSSION:
Ms. Thomas shared that the original Water District 3 contract from 2003 has a 30 -year term.
Mr. Davis recapped the remediation options that will be most effective:
x Option 1= An aerator in the Town of Ithaca tank plus an aerator and new intake/outtake pipe in
Ulysses.
x Option 2= Connect to Trumansburg system.
Both options have same cost; about $1,000,000.
Board members asked clarifying questions and discussed the options.
ADJOURN:
Mr. Goldman moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:25pm; seconded by Ms. Zahler and passed
unanimously.
