The meeting was held at the Ulysses Town Hall at 10 Elm Street, Trumansburg.

OPENING THE HEARING:
Mr. Hertzler made a motion to open the hearing at 6:45 p.m., seconded by Mr. Goldman.
Ms. Zahler noted that the subject of the hearing was the appropriation of funds from the town bridge
repair reserve in the amount of $36,018.24. The I❑❑Ci-J JENaI7RZ M18 phare for the
replacement of the Seneca Road bridge that was completed in 2013. A public hearing is required to
appropriate any funds from an officially designated reserve fund.
The date of the public hearing was set by resolution of the Town Board on March 10, 2015 and a
notice of this hearing was published in the Ithaca Journal on March 13, 2015.
The purpose of the public hearing is to afford the general public an opportunity to make statements and
comments about this appropriation.
As no citizens were in attendance, no comments were made. Neither were any submitted.
CLOSING THE HEARING:
Mr. Goldman made a motion to close the hearing at 6:59 p.m., seconded by Mr. Hertzler
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Goldman made a motion to adjourn the hearing at 7 p.m., seconded by Mr. Hertzler and passed
unanimously.
