The regular meeting of the Town of Danby y P ] annln'y ff Board was held
at the Danby Town Hall , December 15 , 1 976 at 8 : 15 P . M .
Members present : Ernest Cole , Chairman
Alberta Wilbur
Clifford Hill
D onald Graham
E dgar Oltz
Members absent : Wiliam Best
Stanley Kirk

Others present , Gary Evans , County Planning Office , James Murinchack ,
Gordon Roberts , Albert Sebesta , George Clarkson .
Chairman , Ernest Cole Opened the meeting with the reading of the
N ovember 17 , 1976 minutes , A motion to except the minutes as read
made by Edgar Oltz , seconded by Donald Graham , Minutes app roved ,
Chairman , Ernest Cole then gave privilege of the floor to the guest
present . Mn Clarkson feels we do need an ordinance in the town ,
- bi? t feels the revised ordinance is too strict and complicated for
the people to obey . Very upset about the animal units , feels the

on the peoples rights , He misunderstood that the two hundred feet

some zones and that the square footage is too large for a home . One

Albert Sebesta is still upset about his land being in the DEC . : Feels
they have taken all the valuable land he has Want the Planning Board '
to remove this from the Town Map . The board told him that the DEC set
this , This is the Wet Land Law . Mr . Sebesta feels the Planning
board should back him on this Mr , Cole suggested he contact a
representative from the D . ECC . , Mr , Sneden .
A motion was made by Edgar Oltz to invite Mr . Sneden to our next
Planning Board meeting , Seconded by Donald Graham . This motion was
carried by all members present
The Planning Board feels we should have more time to study and change
the draft ordinance , The board will IT) e - Lmeeting with the Town Board
W ednesday January 19 , 1977 and will discuss this at that time .
Meeting adjourned 11 : 30 P . M , Next Planning Board meeting Jan € 19 , 1977
