PUBLIC HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
November 1 , 1976
The Town Board of the Town of Danby held the public hearing on the
proposed budget for the Town of Danby for the year of 1977 at the
Danby Town Hall on November 8 , 1976 at 7 : 30 P . M . notice of the
hearing having been duly advertised in the Ithaca Journal .
Board members present : Supervisor A . Francis Wright
• Councilman Ralph Wilbur
Councilman Paul Smith
Justice Floyd Dorn
Justice Milton Todd
Others present : Ed Slights , Moses Peter , Ernest Cole , Joseph
Hulbert , Gordon Roberts , Roy Casterline , James Murinchack , Albert
Sebesta , Erie J . Miller , Dan Hoffman .
Supervisor A . Francis Wright called the public hearing to order and
compared the 1976 budget figures with the proposed figures for 1977
for the benefit of the public . A guestion and answer period
followed .
The public hearing on the proposed budget was adjourned at 8 : 20 P . M .
